Hi Kylie, firstly my apologies for not responding straight away to your questions. This is a process that can be achieved and we have just done something similar for a client last week (read latest review on her experience) the main cost factor to this service is ‘your time’ as we use the mildest process possible which allows us to sustain the health and luster of the hair . There is nothing worse than having a fabulous colour but your hair ruined and brittle. I would love for you to come in and allow us to consult with you which would enable our team to establish how we would go about this service and what the times and costs would be.

I have long very thick hair which I have been dying dark brown for years since I started going grey at 18 years. I am now 44 and by looking at the roots my hair is now completely white. I am tired of having to dye my hair- I have to dye it every 3 – 4 weeks or it really shows and I would like to get the colour stripped right out even if I have to dye it a silver or similar so that the regrowth is much less of a problem.
Is this possible? how long might it take? and can you give me a rough estimate of cost?
