We are a New Zealand owned and operated business. All transactions are billed in NZ dollars.
The name that appears on your credit card statement will be Ministry of Hair.
The following terms and conditions govern the use of the Ministry of Hair online service including shopping and participation in promotions run by Ministry of Hair. You can access this Agreement at any time from the bottom of any page on the site.
Purchasing from Ministry of Hair
Shop at Ministry of Hair gives customers convenient, quick, easy and secure shopping.
Ministry Of Hair is a site Hosted by The Web Company. All TWC stores are backed by an SSL certificate.
Products displayed on this site can be purchased using a secure online Mastercard or Visa transaction facility. Customers can be confident that all of their details are protected by the latest security mechanisms and are used only for purposes of the transaction fulfillment.
You will be asked to register as a member of Shop Ministry Of Hair. Your shopping address details will be filed saving you the effort of entering these details each time you checkout. If you do not want to register as a member you will still be able to make a purchase. Your personal details and postal address will not be saved and you will not receive promotional communications.
All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and other than in New Zealand, exclude local taxes.

Credit Card Security Policy
Ministry of Hair uses the DPS Payment Express Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. DPS processes online credit card transactions securely for thousands of merchants globally, providing a safe and secure online payment service.
Payments are processed in real-time.
Ministry of Hair does not have access to your full card number, this credit card payment is secured by DPS.
DPS have bank grade security. All transaction details are stored in their PCI-DSS compliant Data Centre.
DPS Payment Express Software is certified with over 200 banks globally.

Refund Policy for Online Purchases
Please choose carefully as we do not refund unless your items are faulty.
We are happy to exchange your items at our salon at Ground Floor, Heritage Hotel, 35 Hobson Street, within 7 days of the date you received your order, with proof of purchase, providing the items are in their original condition.
If the items are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
If you cannot get to our Auckland City salon and need to return a faulty item please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange return postage.
Can I return a gift I received?
You can exchange a gift providing you return it within 7 days of the date you received your item and you have the original receipt.
Can I exchange an item?
We are happy to exchange your goods within 7 days of you receiving your item, with proof of purchase, providing the goods are in their original condition.
How do I return an item?
Goods bought online can be returned by post or at our Auckland City salon at: Ground Floor, Heritage Hotel, 35 Hobson Street
Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash. Any unused value on the gift card expires 1 year after date of issue.
Please treat you gift card as cash; it cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
If you purchased a Gift Card online and it has not arrived, please contact the Ministry of Hairteam on email@example.com.
Items returned that are not in original condition or outside the 7 day timeframe
Unfortunately, with the exception of faulty items, we are unable to accept items returned that are not in their original condition or returned after 7 days of you receiving your item. Our team will contact the purchaser to discuss if you would like the items to be returned to you. Any items returned under these circumstances may incur a cost to get the items to you and we will discuss this with you when our team make contact to return the items to you.
Original condition includes having all tags, packaging, etc returned with the items.
Delivery will take approximately 5 business days, and a signature will be required upon delivery unless you have stated otherwise.
For North Island
- If the purchase is less than $80 customer has to pay $10 as a shipping fee.
- If the purchase is $81 or more then customer will not pay any shipping fee.
For South Island
- If the purchase is less than $80 customer has to pay $15 as a shipping fee.
- If the purchase is $81 or more then customer will not pay any shipping fee
